Events happen once. The energy in the room, the expressions on people's faces, the moments of connection and recognition that make an event memorable -- these exist for a few hours and then they're gone. Good event photography makes sure they're not forgotten.

Corporate event photography requires a particular kind of approach. Working in a live environment means being observant, unobtrusive and quick -- reading the room, anticipating the moments before they happen, and moving through a space without disrupting the flow of what's happening around you. The camera should be almost invisible. The images should make it look effortless.

I photograph corporate events, conferences, award ceremonies, product launches, networking events and hospitality occasions across Rhode Island, Providence, Newport and Southern New England. My clients use this photography for internal communications, press and PR, social media content, annual reports and event marketing for future years -- images that show prospective attendees exactly the kind of experience they can expect.

What to Expect on the Day

Before the event, I'll take the time to understand your event, your priorities and the key moments you need captured. Preparation makes all the difference in live event photography -- knowing the running order, the key speakers, the award winners, the moments your client is going to want on their website the next morning.

On the day I work quietly and unobtrusively. You won't notice I'm there. You'll definitely notice the images.

Do you travel for event photography assignments?

Yes. While based in Narragansett, Rhode Island, I cover events across surrounding states and nationwide. Travel arrangements can easily be built into the project estimate for out-of-state events.

Absolutely.  I regularly coordinate with event organizers, marketing directors, and PR teams to ensure I capture specific shot lists, key speakers, sponsor logos, and fast turnaround images for immediate social media or press coverage.
